Privacy

Connection accounts have two privacy controls:

Balances: Hides the balance of the account
Transactions: Makes all current and future transactions in the account private

Setting both Balances and Transactions to private will hide the account entirely from other users in the budget. Account privacy controls can be found by selecting the account (either on the Period tab or through My Connections on the Profile tab).

Accounts From Connections

There are two options available for accounts added through connections:

Accounts can be included or excluded in the budget. Included accounts will show up with other accounts on the Period tab and their transactions will be part of the budget. Excluded accounts are hidden and their transactions are not included.

Accounts can be archived, which keeps all previous transactions, but does not include any new transactions going forward. Archived accounts will also not show up on the Period tab. Archived accounts can be unarchived if they still exist on the connection.

Accounts that no longer exist from your connection are automatically archived and cannot be unarchived.
